"I highly recommend Sierra as a trainer. Before my sessions, I had an enormous amount of shoulder pain and very apparent unevenness when raising my arms. I sought out PT exercises online to help mitigate it. Sierra asked why I was doing these exercises and offered to develop a plan if I took sessions with her. She asked where exactly I felt the pain and she did a ton of research on the issue before we began. It was challenging at first, and my shoulder was still hurting. However, I began to see improvements a week or two later. Exercises that used to aggravate my shoulder were now bearable. I have been using what I learned to this day, and I am very happy to say I have very little to no pain. I can finally bench without fearing my shoulder will hold me back. YAY!
