There has never been a time in my life when I have not been involved with sports and fitness, therefore, I was lead to acquire my degree in Sport Management. I enjoy any and every sport. I was able to play soccer in college while obtaining my degree, and I also played a bit professionally. Other than working on improving myself, I find a great deal of joy helping others reach their personal fitness and wellness goals no matter what they may be. My personal motto is to help those around me be successful, whether it is with fitness and wellness ...or just life. Stay focused, and be consistent!! You will be able to accomplish anything!

  • Fall Fitness Challenge
  • Club Wide Fall Fitness Challenge. Participants with the greatest loss in body fat percentage will be awarded prizes.
