Sierra
I have always been passionate about fitness and having an active lifestyle. I grew up playing sports such as soccer, lacrosse, and volleyball. Towards the end of my senior year of high school my older sister introduced me to weightlifting. I particularly enjoy a powerlifting style of training and have become passionate about helping others feel their strongest as well! I attended San Diego State University and graduated with a degree in Kinesiology: Fitness Specialist and soon after became an ACE Certified Personal Trainer. Outside of working out and training, I enjoy hanging out with my friends and family, snowboarding, hiking and the beach

HIIT The Deck
All levels welcome but be ready to be challenged with this high intensity interval class. Lots of creative stations consisting of weights and cardio to keep you intrigued while sweating and begging for more!! HIIT Express is 30 minutes and HIIT is one hour or 45 minutes and will post on the schedule. Let's HIIT IT!
