Hi I'm Tyler! I believe fitness is about more than just workouts — it’s about building habits, confidence, and a mindset that supports your whole life. No matter where you're starting from, my goal is to help you feel stronger, both physically and mentally.
I’m passionate about creating an environment where you can challenge yourself, learn new things, and truly enjoy the process. Whether you're just starting out or looking to level up, I'm here to guide you every step of the way.
Outside of training, I enjoy golfing, being in nature and spending time with friends and family! Let’s work together to turn your goals into results — and have some fun doing it!!

Core Power
--- All levels welcome outside!! Our awesome instructors will modify all exercises for you!
If you are ready to sport a six pack, then this class is for you! Abs, interval cardio stations, and cool plyometric moves will shred your core and work some more! Also, a cool down with appropriate stretches will take place before the end of each class!

Upper Cut
Chest, back, Shoulders and Core! This 30 min. class will have you beggin for more! Mix up your upper body workout routine with free weights to help increase strength and burn calories! Our world class instructors are ready for YOU!

Cardio Crush
Crush your cardio for the week! Choose from several cardio pieces from our new treadmills, step-mills, spin bikes, rowing machines, to our assault bikes. Every choice is the right choice. See you soon!

Tread & Shed
Explosive cardio intervals outside and/or inside combined with endurance circuits to help you feel more energized! A NEW class every week! Grab your co-worker and let's gooooo! Cardio can be SO FUN and can leave you feeling SO GOOD all day long!!
